I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen and supported. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specializing in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, I work with teens and adults who are ready to move through what feels overwhelming and reconnect with their own strength. Your courage to reach out is already a powerful first step, and I am here to walk alongside you.
I'm Glad You Found Your Way Here
Therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life's uncertain seasons
Life can feel overwhelming, especially during seasons of change, emotional stress, or uncertainty. If you're experiencing anxiety, struggling with difficult thoughts, or trying to make sense of past experiences, I want you to know something important: reaching out for support takes real strength. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin to move forward with intention.
I believe counseling should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely empowering. When we work together, my focus is on helping you understand your thoughts and emotions more clearly, strengthen your coping skills, and reconnect with the resilience that already lives inside you. My deepest goal is to help you feel more confident navigating life's challenges while building tools that support lasting emotional well-being.
I work with teens and adults seeking support for anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, personal growth, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Many of the people I work with are searching for relief from overwhelming thoughts, healthier ways to manage stress, and a greater sense of confidence in themselves and their relationships.
My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to who you are. I focus on helping you develop greater self-awareness, learn practical strategies for managing difficult emotions, and build a stronger sense of self-trust. We move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable, with space to set goals that are meaningful to your life.
I offer online therapy (telehealth) for teens and adults throughout Texas, making it possible to access compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your own home.
My Clinical Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is central to my practice. CBT helps us examine the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, revealing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we identify the thinking habits that fuel anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, and we build practical, evidence-based strategies to shift those patterns toward something that serves you better.
This isn't about replacing your feelings with positive thinking. It's about developing a clearer, more compassionate relationship with your own mind so you can respond to life's challenges from a place of awareness rather than reaction. That shift, from reaction to intention, is where real growth begins.
Attachment-Based & Person-Centered Therapy
I also integrate attachment-based therapy and a person-centered approach into my work. Attachment theory helps us understand how early relational experiences shape the way you connect with others, manage emotions, and see yourself. By exploring these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, we can begin to build healthier ways of relating, both to others and to yourself.
Person-centered therapy means that you are always at the center of our work together. I trust that you hold the wisdom about your own life, and my role is to create the conditions where that wisdom can emerge: genuine warmth, deep listening, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal.
